Moldovan parliament votes extending work of Free Entrepreneurship Zone Valkanes production park

Chisinau, 13 July /MOLDPRES/ - The work of the Free Entrepreneurship Zone Valkanes Production Park will be extended through the creation of two sub-zones in the Comrat municipality and Ceadir-Lunga town, according to legislative amendments adopted by parliament in final reading today.

Under the document, two plots of land are to be included in the free zone: of 50.3 ha in the Comrat city and about 41.96 ha in the Ceadir-Lunga town.

The two land plots are placed in the industrial zone and are connected to the main industrial infrastructure. In the case of inclusion of territories in the free zone, there are potential investors who showed will to develop projects.

The Free Entrepreneurship Zone Valkanes Production Park was set up in 1998, on the territory subordinated to the Vulcanesti town mayoralty, for a period of 37 years.
