Moldovan cabinet approves new measures to strengthen trust between two banks of Dniester

Chisinau, 19 July /MOLDPRES/ - The cabinet, at a today’s meeting, approved a programme of activities on Moldova’s reintegration for 2017, for the carrying out of which 15 million lei was provided for in the state budget, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.

The programme envisages financing of measures for the development and technical and material modernization of education institutions, maintenance of buildings and aqueducts, settlements’ illumination. Thus, to develop and modernize institutions from the education system, the government will provide by a one-off material aid worth 75,000 lei, meant to endow the theoretical lyceums from the cities of Tiraspol, Bender, Grigoriopol, Dubasari, Ribnita, boarding gymnasium from the Bender city, gymnasiums from the villages of Corjova and Roghi, Dubasari district.

The activities were selected following a contest of projects on behalf of the local and central public authorities. These projects are to be implemented in the Security Zone, contributing to the promotion of measures to strengthen confidence between the residents of the banks of Dniester.
