Fuels prices continue rising in Moldova for second period consecutively

Chisinau, 25 July /MOLDPRES/ - The tendency of increase in the pump price for petrol and diesel will maintain during 26 July-8 August. The National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE) today set, for the next two weeks, the ceiling selling price for the most demanded Premium-95 petrol at 16.52 lei for one litre, against 16.32 lei earlier and for diesel – at 14.20 lei, by 0.22 lei more against the previous period.
The new prices for petrol and diesel will enter into force at midnight; starting from 26 July, operators will no longer have right to sell fuels by retail at higher prices that the ones established by ANRE. The prices posted today on ANRE’s webpage will be valid during 14 calendar days.
