Chisinau, 14 August /MOLDPRES/ – President Igor Dodon announced in a briefing today that he would inspect all military objects in Moldova and that at the end of August convene the Supreme Security Council (CSS). The statements were made by the head of state after a visit to Bulboaca military polygon, Anenii Noi district.
According to Dodon, he did not find suspicious military work or involvement of armed forces outside Moldova in Bulboaca, but the topic will be discussed at the CSS. According to the quoted source, "if there is attempted participation in some military actions, the people will go out to protest."
Igor Dodon visited Bulboaca military base to see what modernization works have being carried out, after information appeared in press that there would be military troops ready for a possible conflict on the Dniester.
