On 18 – 20 August, the Office of Diaspora Relations (BRD) of the State Chancellery organizes – under the patronage of the Government – the Days of Diaspora in Moldova, the fourth issue.
On 19 August, at GUSTAR International Festival, the 7th issue – organized in 2017 in partnership with BRD and aimed at intensifying the relations of the Diaspora of Moldova with those residing at home – BRD will organize a trade fair titled, Moldova from Anywhere of the Diaspora members.

About 300 athletes from five states gather in Reservation Orheiul Vechi to participate in the international competition EcoRun The Golden Dragon, taking place within Gustar International Festival.

The Moldovan National Youth Orchestra (MNYO) invites to a piano recital dedicated to the great pianist and composer Dinu Lipatti. Special guest – the conductor of MNYO, Gabriel Bebeselea. The entry is free at the National History Museum of Moldova at 18:00.

The Office of Diaspora Relations (BRD) organizes the Diaspora Cup of mini-football.

Due to the Days of Diaspora, it is opened Aleea Bastinasilor (The Alley of Autochthons) in Ungheni city, the first renovated alley in the central park, a project realized with the support of migrants in the Ungheni central park at 11.30-13.00.

The famous composer, Eugen Doga, performs a new open-air recital at Castel Mimi (Mimi Castle), accompanied by the orchestra of the National Opera and Ballet Theater Maria Biesu at Bulboaca village, Anenii Noi district at 19.00.
