Chisinau, 27 September /MOLDPRES/ - The Chisinau territorial office of the State Chancellery, in cooperation with the mayoralty of the Costesti village, central Ialoveni district, on 26 September organized a seminar titled, Powers of the local council and mayor, lawfulness of the laws issued, organization of local councils’ meetings, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.

Representatives of the State Chancellery, Chisinau territorial office, deputy heads of the Ialoveni district and 25 secretaries of the local councils from the Ialoveni district participated in the workshop.

The seminar was aimed at strengthening the relations between local public administration authorities and the Chisinau territorial office of the State Chancellery in terms of the need to improve the quality of the administrative acts issued and ensuring their accordance with the legal framework.

The participants in the workshop analyzed the acts issued by the local authorities from Ialoveni. Thus, 54 acts have been notified since 1 January 2017, of which ten are from the field of abuse of power. In this context, recommendations were formulated to avoid legal inconsistencies which lead to the creation of obstacles to the work of the first- and second-level local public authorities.

Also, the participants took knowledge of the regulation of the register of local acts, which sees that, starting from 2018, the local public administration authorities are to publish directly on the platform, in the term set by the law, the acts issued by the authorities in the PDF format.

In the end of the training, the 25 secretaries received a participation certificate each.
