Five boarding schools to be liquidated

Chisinau, 28 September /MOLDPRES/- Five boarding schools in the country will be liquidated, according to a government decision that will be published in the Official Journal of Moldova on 29 September.

Under the document, it is about the boarding schools for orphans and children without parental care in Orhei and Leova, auxiliary boarding schools in Crihana Veche village, Cahul district, Sarata Galbena village, Hancesti district, and in Rezina.

The liquidation of boarding schools is based on the fact that the number of children in relation to the capacity of these institutions was low. Thus, some children were integrated into families, and others were placed in foster care.
