Moldovan foreign ministry issues travel alert in Barcelona

Chisinau, 2 October /MOLDPRES/- The Foreign and European Integration Ministry (MAEIE) informs Moldovan citizens planning to travel or being already in Barcelona city, Spain, to avoid crowded places and be cautious in the context of demonstrations taking place and likely to continue in the coming days.

According to the MAEIE’s public diplomacy, strategic communication and media relations service, at present, no Moldovans are among injured in the protests. The Embassy of Moldova in Spain is in permanent touch with the Spanish authorities and continues to monitor developments.
