Moldovan top court rules premier to nominate candidate for office of defence minister

Chisinau, 17 October /MOLDPRES/ – The Constitutional Court of Moldova (CCM) has ruled on the Government's referral submitted in September, today, stating that the right to appoint the candidate for the position of Minister of Defence is with the Prime Minister and the refusal of the President to promote him is a violation of the Constitution.
