Eight laws promulgated, published in Official Journal of Moldova

Chisinau, 20 October /MOLDPRES/- The eight laws rejected by President Igor Dodon and re-voted by parliament were promulgated and published today in the Official Journal of Moldova.
Among the eight documents are the law on energy, law on meal vouchers, law on amending and supplementing the Labor Code, law on preventing and combating terrorism, law on state awards of Moldova and three laws on amending and supplementing certain legislative acts.
Starting today, private sector employees will be able to receive meal vouchers. They will be used in canteens, cafes, restaurants or buy food in commercial and catering units.
The employer will distribute the meal vouchers to employees at the end of each month, starting from the number of working days of the following month. At the same time, the employee will use a number of vouchers equal to the number of days actually worked. The nominal value of a meal voucher will be 45 lei, which are issued both on paper and electronically.
