Moldovan cabinet members to go to areas to meet citizens

Chisinau, 24 October /MOLDPRES/ - The cabinet members will go to areas to meet citizens. The spokesman for the Democratic Party (PDM), Vitalie Gamurari, made statements to this effect following a weekly meeting of PDM today.

According to Gamurari, the decision was taken, so that the persons working in the ministries’ management can learn citizens’ problems.

“Today, a decision was taken to introduce a new practice in the long run. Thus, the ministers, secretary generals and state secretaries will go to the territory each Monday, in order to discuss with citizens,” Gamurari said.

So far, only MPs have been paying working visits to areas on Mondays.
