Moldovan official journal roundup for 10 November

Chisinau, 9 November /MOLDPRES/- The presidential decree on appointment of several deputy heads of the courts will be published in the Official Journal of Moldova on 10 November.

Under the document, Mihail Bușuleac was appointed as deputy head of the Cahul-based Court, Aliona Corcenco – Balti-based Court of Appeal, Vitalie Stratan – Chisinau Court, Petru Vacula – Cimislia-based Court.

All people were appointed for a four-year term.

At the same time, Elena Costiuc will hold the post of magistrate at the Chisinau Court, Tudor Berdilă – Cahul-based Court of Appeal and Ruslan Petrov will be head at the Cahul-based Court of Appeal.

Also, the issue will include a decree appointing magistrates at Chisinau, Drochia, Balti and Orhei courts for a term of five years.
