National Integrity Authority's leadership sworn in office today

Chisinau, 3 January /MOLDPRES/- The head of the National Integrity Authority (ANI), Rodica Antoci, and deputy head of ANI Lilian Chisca were sworn in office today.
The new leadership of ANI took the oath to the state residence in the presence of President Igor Dodon.
“I voiced hope that Rodica Antoci and Lilian Chisca will perform their duties in strict compliance with the legislation and will help prevent corruption in the public sector in Moldova, thus ensuring the democratic development of our country”, Dodon said.
Rodica Antoci candidacy was selected by members of the Integrity Council following a public contest. She has so far served as head of the Criminal Judicial Expertise Laboratory of the National Centre for Judicial Expertise under the Justice Ministry.
Lilian Chișcă won the contest for the position of deputy head, as the only candidate left in the race. He has previously worked at the authority being head of the income and property control department.
ANI leadership has been appointed on a five-year term.
