Average salary on economy to be 6,150 lei in Moldova in 2018

Chisinau, 11 January /MOLDPRES/ - The quantum of the average monthly salary on the economy, forecast for 2018, is of 6,150 lei. The cabinet of ministers approved a decision to this effect today.
According to the government’s communication and protocol department, the forecast quantum of the average salary on the economy will apply to the calculation of social insurances allowances.
The monthly average salary on the economy was calculated in accordance with the forecast of the macroeconomic indexes for 2018-2020, worked out by the Economics and Infrastructure Ministry.
It is worth mentioning that the monthly average salary on the economy was of 5,600 lei as of 21 July 2017.
