Moldovan deputy prime minister talks with EU countries’ ambassadors residing in Chisinau

Chisinau, 18 January /MOLDPRES/ – Moldovan Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Iurie Leanca, met with ambassadors from European Union countries residing in Chisinau today, the government’s communication and protocol department has repoted.
During the talks, Deputy Prime Minister, Iurie Leanca, referred to priorities of his mandate within European integration policy of Moldova, including objectives for 2018 in the dialogue with EU. The implementation of the Association Agreement and harnessing the potential of the Eastern Partnership will be important platforms for it.
In the exchange of views, the European diplomats emphasized the support on behalf of them to Moldova in the process of achieving political association and economic integration with European Union, which is based on the values of democracy, rule of law, respect for fundamental rights and freedoms.
