Foreign affairs minister meets U.S. ambassador to Moldova

Chisinau, 19 January /MOLDPRES/ - Foreign Affairs and European Integration Minister Tudor Ulianovschi today had a meeting with Ambassador of the United States to Moldova James Pettit, the Foreign Affairs and European Integration ministry’s public diplomacy, strategic communication and media interaction service has reported.

The officials tackled prospects of the Moldova-United States cooperation for 2018, evoking, at the same time, the progress made between the two states during the anniversary diplomatic year. At the same time, the sides highlighted the need to turn to good account the strategic dialogue between Moldova and the United States.

The U.S. ambassador wished success to the new foreign affairs and European integration minister, noting the American side’s willingness to strengthen the bilateral and multilateral relations.
