Chisinau, 24 January /MOLDPRES/ - The cabinet today approved a package of laws on the exchange of date and interoperability. The documents will facilitate the exchange of data between public authorities, by strengthening the legal and normative basis for the use of the interoperability platform MConnect, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.
“Thus, conditions will be created for the implementation of the single window. “These documents must be enforced as soon as possible. In this way, we will have a diminution of the bureaucracy, we will impose people to more rarely bring certificates and, just as I repeatedly said, the exchange of data should take place between institutions and not by asking citizens for certificates,” Prime Minister Pavel Filip said.
At the same time, the record of all exchanges of data will be provided, institutional costs for providing public services will be optimized and cut and their quality will be improved.
So far, 65 projects on integration with the interoperability platform, associated to 27 entities, have been initiated so far.
