Moldovan foreign minister has phone conversation with Latvian counterpart

Chisinau, 25 January /MOLDPRES/ – Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, Tudor Ulianovschi, had a telephone conversation today with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Latvia, Edgars Rinkēvičs, the MAEIE’s public diplomacy, strategic communication and media interaction service has reported.

The ministers discussed themes of agenda on Moldovan – Latvian cooperation, as well as important aspects of the European integration process of Moldova.

The head of the Moldovan diplomacy congratulated his Latvian counterpart on the occasion of centenary of independence of Latvia and thanked him for his official position of supporting the territorial integrity of Moldova.

Minister Edgars Rinkevičs wished the new Foreign Minister to succeed in the exercise of his high responsibility and reconfirmed his entire support from Latvia in the reform process in Moldova.
