Moldova's delegation to Joint Control Commission has new expert

Chisinau, 2 February /MOLDPRES/ – On 01 February 2018, in Bender, the Unified Control Commission met at a meeting headed by the Moldovan delegation, the office for reintegration policy’s information and media communication service has reported.
The Commission confirmed as an expert with permanent status Ambassador with Special Missions, within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration (MAEIE) of Moldova, Ion Stavila, at the proposal of the Chisinau delegation at the meeting.
Similarly, the Commission heard and approved the weekly report on the situation in security zone (ZS) presented by the Joint Military Command (CMI).
The head of the Russian delegation, Ilia Uvarov, informed members of the Unified Control Commission (CUC) on the need for further consultations on subject of re – opening, on 18 November 2017, of bridge near Gura Bacului and Bacioc.
The next meeting of CUC will take place on 08 February 2018.
