Moldovan PM chairs meeting on state control reform, reform in permissive acts sector

Chisinau, 8 February /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Pavel Filip today chaired a meeting on the process of implementation of the state control reform and the reform in the permissive acts sector. Attending the event were representatives of the State Chancellery, Economics and Infrastructure Ministry, Centre for Reforms Implementation and Public Services Agency (ASP).
According to the government’s communication and protocol department, the PM said that the needed normative framework for optimizing the structure and staff of the authorities with duties of control and supervision had been promoted. At the same time, the prime minister stressed the need to speed up the working out/ amendment of the regulations on the activity of the institutions with control duties, as well as to approve the personnel establishment. In the context, the prime minister demanded that these procedures be completed in a month period.
The participants in the meeting tackled also the management of the process of implementation of the automated information system (SIA) for the management and issuance of permissive acts (single window mechanism). Passports for 46 priority permissive acts have been issued so far. The PM proposed to gradually introduce permissive acts in SIA.
Also, the participants in the meeting ruled to boost discussions on the platform of the working group with the participation of representatives of the State Chancellery, ASP, Electronic Governance Centre, in order to solve all technical obstacles.
