Chisinau, 15 March /MOLDPRES/ - The citizens from Chisinau, the towns of Ialoveni, Floresti, cities of Balti, Cahul and Comrat will be able to assess the quality of services provided by the National Social Insurances House (CNAS), through a pilot instrument of evaluation during three months starting from today.
According to CNAS data, people will give a mark to the services from which they have benefited through devices set in CNAS territorial offices. They will express their opinions about the quality of services provided, accessibility of the information received, kindness of the staff and conditions of service.
The head of the CNAS strategic analysis and planning department, Natalia Smundeac, has said that citizens’ answers and suggestions would be analyzed and integrated into the procedures of operation of CNAS territorial offices. “This will allow us improving the quality of the infrastructure or simplifying the procedures of documents’ collection and submission,” Smundeac noted.
She added that all data collected and actions undertaken by CNAS, following citizens’ suggestions, would be posted on LED displays set inside pilot offices.
The instrument of assessing the CNAS services was worked out by employees of the Moldova Social Innovation Lab (MiLab), who said that, after the testing in pilot offices, the instrument would be integrated in all public institutions which provided services to citizens.
The elaboration of the instrument of assessing the degree of citizens’ satisfaction with the public services takes place in the context of the Strategy of public administration reform for 2016-2020 and is coordinated by the Moldova Social Innovation Lab, in partnership with CNAS and the Moldovan cabinet. The initiative is backed by the government of Slovakia.
