Programme on support for young Moldovan entrepreneurs to be launched in 2018

Chisinau, 10 May /MOLDPRES/ - A programme on support for young entrepreneurs will be launched in 2018 and farmers due to create jobs both in villages and in towns will receive state subsidies. These provisions are contained in a plan for the carrying out of the strategy on labour force employment for 2017-2021, approved by the cabinet of ministers today.

The priority No 1 of the authorities is to create jobs both centrally and locally, actions which would promote formal employment and fighting the unregistered labour, just as the ensuring of the functionality of the Labour Market Observer and enhancing the capacities of collection, analysis of data and forecasts on the labour market.  

The plan sees also the facilitation of the access to loans for small- and medium-sized enterprises through the providing of financial guarantees, Credit Guaranteeing Fund, financing of business created and managed by women, providing facilities to young specialists with medical and pharmaceutical education, employed in rural regions.

The priority No 2 comprises trends and actions, the goal of which is to enhance the attractiveness, relevance and inclusiveness of the professional training system, promotion of the access and participation of adults in the process of learning during all the life.

Another goal is to consolidate the institutional capacity of the actors in charge of the working out, implementation and monitoring the policy of employment, as well as the regulation of the labour force migration and turning to good account of the potential of the migration.  

The overall costs needed to carry out the action plan amount to 1.204 billion lei, of which more than 95 per cent will be covered from the state budget.
