”INSPIRE GENERATIONS” – slogan selected for Arena Chisinau

Chisinau, 14 May /MOLDPRES/ – The slogan for Arena Chisinau was selected by competition jury, chaired by Speaker of Parliament, Andrian Candu, today. The winner is slogan: "INSPIRE GENERATIONS", proposed by Dumitru Rau, and voted by jury and Facebook community, the parliament's communication and public relations department has reported.
Two other slogans, "Created for Generations" by Daniel Hacina and "The Way to Win" by Dragos Galbur, ranked second and third. The first place and second place winners got a modern phone each, and the third was awarded with a tablet. All finalists received diplomas of the third degree from the Parliament of of Moldova for an active civic position and contribution to the project of national importance.
Andrian Candu congratulated the winners and mentioned that multifaceted arena will provide training facilities according to international standards, including performance athletes, create a space for capitalising potential of young people, and include recreational areas for children. "I am glad that people have been involved in naming slogan for first multifaceted arena in the country. The selected slogan will be placed at entrance to the multi-purpose complex, which construction is currently in the process of receiving offers from investors," the SP said, noting that other slogans will find their places in next omnipresent hall.
The slogan for Arena Chisinau was selected at the first stage of rounds of more than 200 versions proposed by young people who responded to invitation to participate in competition. Today, authors of the most appreciated slogans came to jury, chaired by Andrian Candu. The jury also included Minister of Economy and Infrastructure, Chiril Gaburici, Minister of Education, Culture and Research, Monica Babuc, PR specialist, Vitalie Condratchi, deputy President of Volleyball Federation, Alexandru Stratan, and bassist, producer, Alex Calancea.
Chisinau Arena is the first multi-purpose hall in Moldova. The project will be implemented by means of public-private partnership. The investor is to be identified following public tender.
