New multi-functional centre opened in north-west Moldova city

Chisinau, 22 June /MOLDPRES/ – The 13th Multifunctional Centre of the Public Services Agency (ASP) was inaugurated today in Falesti city. It will permit delivery of one thousand public services according to the one – window principle for over 78 thousand district inhabitants, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.
Attending the event, PM Pavel Filip has mentioned that opening of multifunctional centres will ensure a higher quality of public services and their modernisation. "I hope that by 2020 we will get to situation, when citizens in relationship with state will only need ID, the rest info will be within state registers. The institutions that need this information have but to access them," remarked Premier.
The Prime Minister handed over the first two acts issued by Falesti Multifunctional Centre, visited the Center and personally tested some of procedures for rendering services. Also, Pavel Filip wished a lot of success to operators working in the Centre. "You will provide citizens with better, quality services, you are interface of state with citizens," said PM.
The inhabitants of Falesti district will be served by 17 operators and have access to real estate registration and rights, population documentation, civil status, registration and licencing of law units. The flow of people will be managed using electronic queue.
Totally, 38 Multi-Functional Centres of the Public Service Agency will be opened in the country, 35 in districts and three in Chisinau municipality.
