Moldovan pupils won four medals at Balkan Mathematics Olympiad

Chisinau, 25 June /MOLDPRES/- Pupils from the Republic of Moldova won a silver medal and three bronze medals at the Junior Balkan Mathematics Olympiad.
Silver medal went to Victor Purice (Orizont lyceum) and bronze medals - Marius Sclearuc (Spiru Haret lyceum), Mădălina Griza (Orizont lyceum) and Dragoș Port (Mihai Viteazul lyceum).
The Olympics was attended by 104 pupils from 18 countries. The team of the Republic of Moldova was represented by six pupils and two teachers.
The competition was held on 19-24 June in Rhodes, Greece.
