Moldovan official journal roundup for 29 June

Chisinau, 28 June /MOLDPRES/- The decree on promulgation and the law on amending and supplementing certain legislative acts will be published in the Official Journal of Moldova on 29 June.

Under the new legislative regulations, until the registration of the legal entity, the competent authority will verify the name in terms of linguistic availability, distinctiveness and correctness.

Legislative amendments aim to protect citizens' rights to benefit from high-quality public services, and, on the other hand, the state's interests to use resources efficiently, enhance the quality of service by extending the single window principle.

Previously, the linguistic verification task was for the National Center for Terminology.
