South-eastern Moldova town to have alley of culture sector personalities

Chisinau, 14 July /MOLDPRES/ The Causeni town, south-eastern Moldova, will have an alley of personalities from the culture sector. The Causeni district council submitted to the Education, Culture and Research Ministry reasoning on the inclusion of each of the personalities in the list for constructing busts. At the same time, the ministry worked out a draft cabinet decision which was proposed for consultation.

Outstanding personalities in the culture sector were born in the Causeni region, such as: Ion Ungureanu, Grigore Grigoriu, Emil Loteanu, Maria Biesu, Vasile Brescanu, Ion Gutu, Eugen Bizgu.

The alley is proposed to be set in the Causeni town, Pacii Street, 18, on an area of 540 square metres, made available of the ground nearby the Community Centre. The spending for the elaboration of the project documents on the arrangement of the Alley and carrying out the works of building the busts will be provided with financial means available in the Causeni district budget.
