European single currency increases compared to Moldovan leu

Chisinau, 16 July /MOLDPRES/ – After the European single currency (€) has depreciated in recent few days compared to Moldovan leu (MDL), on 17 July it will increase by MDL 0,17 and have an official price of MDL 19,56.
According to official exchange rates displayed by the National Bank of Moldova (BNM), the same trend will be for USD ($), which will earn MDL 0,02 and reach price of MDL 16,70.
It will be 04 bani more expensive to buy the Romanian leu (RON) on 17 July. Its official price will be MDL 04,20.
On the other hand, Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and Russian ruble (RUR) will maintain their position and cost on 17 July, MDL 0,63 and MDL 0,26 respectively.
