Third course of Italian bakery, pastry launched in south Moldova town

Chisinau, 6 November /MOLDPRES/ - The third course of professional training in the sectors of bakery-pastry-making flour-based food was launched in the southern Cimislia town on 5 November. The trainings are held for free, by means of practice, within master-classes provided by famous professors from the Novara province of Italy.
More interested people and economic agents from the districts of Stefan Voda, Cahul, Cimislia and Basarabeasca have registered and came to cook bread according to the Italian recipe, as well as other bread products specific for the cuisine of this country.
Business people from the Chisinau municipality who either already own or manage restaurants, mills, bake-houses and work in the concerned sector or are willing to start a business in the bakery and pastry sectors have registered for these contests for the first time ever.
The trainings are part of a project titled, Non Solo Pane, initiated and implemented in the South Development Region by Italian entrepreneur Albino Irali and the Green Projects Company.
„Based on an agreement on cooperation with the management of the Novara province, we have managed to interest Italian business people to share their professional secrets with bakers from Moldova. Italians have a special experience in making bread and we are happy that they accepted to help Moldovans from the guild of bakers and confectioners,” the director of the South Regional Development Agency, Maria Culesov, said.
The third course will be held during one week, having at the basis the Italian fabrication technology and is backed by a famous Italian professor, Giovanni Meli. The first professional training course was organized in last May and its graduates got diplomas accredited by the Education, Culture and Research Ministry.
