Special regulation to establish conditions for adjusting Moldova's legislation to EU's one

Chisinau, 28 November /MOLDPRES/ – The principles, conditions and stages of approximation of the legislation of Moldova to that of the European Union will be laid down in a special regulation, which was approved by the Government today.
The document also sets out the methods and instruments for legislative harmonisation, as well as the mechanism for coordinating and monitoring this process at the national level.
The projects aimed at adjusting the legislation of Moldova with EU legislation will be drafted by ministries, as well as by other public authorities.
The State Chancellery (CS) will be responsible for organising and managing the database of adjusted national legislation.
