Kindergarten in Anenii Noi to benefit from solar collectors for hot water production

Chisinau, 29 November /MOLDPRES/- The kindergarten in Ciobanovca village, Anenii Noi district, will benefit from solar collectors for hot water production. The decision was taken by the Management Board of the Energy Efficiency Fund (FEE).

The Board also approved two other pilot projects on energy efficiency measures for the rehabilitation and modernization of the public lighting system and three thermal building rehabilitation and window change projects.

According to the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure, the meeting also focused on the increase in value of a grant contract, after, during the implementation of projects, additional works were found to turn to good account renewable energy sources in buildings and to optimize public lighting systems.

At the same time, the value of the grant contract was increased after carrying out the execution project for a new project on district hospital in Criuleni.

Attending the meeting was also Minister of Economy and Infrastructure Chiril Gaburici, who encouraged the use of renewable energy sources and financing projects in this regard, which would ensure the energy saving and reducing polluting gas emissions.
