Several air flights delayed, cancelled due to dense fog in Moldova

Chisinau, 30 January /MOLDPRES/- Several air flights were delayed or cancelled today due to dense fog.

According to the official website of Chisinau International Airport, flights to Bucharest and Istanbul were canceled.

At the same time, Istanbul race was canceled and that of Moscow will arrive with a delay of almost two hours.

The head of the weather forecasts center of the State Hydrometeorological Service, Ghenadie Rosca, said that the fog remains in extensive areas throughout the country. “It will be during the day. According to the forecasts, there will be fog in the following days, "Rosca said.

Today, the Yellow Fog Code is valid throughout the country.

According to meteorologists, the weather is warming up in the coming days. At night, the air temperatures will reach -2 degrees in the north, and +8 degrees during the day in the south. There will be precipitation throughout the country.
