Easter fairs to be held in Moldovan capital

Chisinau, 22 April /MOLDPRES/ – Chisinau municipality will hold the Easter fairs. They are organised on 24 April – 27 Aprilie 2019.
There will be sold the Easter goods such as East cake, sweet bread, confectionery, etc. at fairs.
"I should like to ask the praetures to be very careful what sort of authorisations they sign, for what period of activity and what authorised activities. I do not want to see stockings and lipstick next to Easter cakes, sweet bread and other goods traditionally sold at public holidays. It will be marketed only food this year, only within the established area and within period of activity set, which should not be longer than the Easter holidays," said the Chisinau acting mayor Ruslan Codreanu.
According to the Chisinau city hall’s information and media communication service, this year the trade fair is set in the square of Metropolitan Cathedral Nasterea Domnului (The Birth of the Lord) in the centre of Chisinau municipality. Also, it will be organised similar fairs in the sectors of Chisinau municipality, in the sites established by the Praeture's offices.
On 05 – 06 May 2019, the population will be served with the Easter products, in vicinity of the Central Cemetery in street Armeneasca and Cemetery Sf. Lazar.
