Chisinau, 25 April /MOLDPRES/- A monument to ruler Stefan cel Mare will be built in Rascani city. The government decision stipulating this will be published in the Official Journal of Moldova on 26 April.
The decision was approved on the basis of the decision of Rascani district council. At the same time, a monument to Gheorghe Riscanu will be set in the same locality.
Both monuments will be built according to a project approved by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research.
Under the government decision, the expenses related to the project documentation, execution, building monuments will be covered from funds of Rascani district budget, including donations, sponsorships and other sources.
