About 3,000 policemen to ensure public order In Moldova on Easter

Chisinau, 25 April /MOLDPRES/ - About 3,000 policemen will be involved in the process of ensuring public order on the period of the Easter Holidays and the Easter evening.

According to the police, law-enforcers will permanently supervise the behavior of the citizens nearby churches, on streets, roads and in leisure places, given that, during the holidays, the citizens have days-off and many people return home from abroad.

Also, patrol policemen will act on public roads, in order to ensure the easing of the traffic, being present on all national roads.

On the period 24-28 April, the police do not recommend drivers to park their vehicles in the perimeter of the following objects: Central Bus Terminal, Central Agro-Food Market, North Bus Terminal and Domus Market. Also, law-enforcers will restrict the parking of transport units on the streets: Metropolitan Gavriil Banulescu-Bodoni (segment between the Columna and Stefan cel Mare streets) and Dosoftei (segment between the Sfatul Tarii and Gavriil Banulescu-Bodoni streets).
