Term of entrepreneur's licence extended in Moldova

Chisinau, 30 July /MOLDPRES/ - The carrying out of activities based on the entrepreneur’s licence will be allowed till 31 December 2022. The parliament today adopted a draft law in this respect in the second reading, with the votes of 77 MPs.
Thus, the work based on the licence will be allowed only to those who hold licences on 31 December 2019.
Under the legislative amendments, the activities based on the licence will be permitted at commercial markets, as well as in the places authorized by the local public administration.
At present, the legislation sees that the activities based on the entrepreneur’s licence can be carried out will 31 December 2019 – a term which has been earlier extended more times.
Statistics data shows that the number of licence holders is decreasing.
The new provisions are to enter into force on the date of their publication in the Official Journal.
