Moldovan president awards state distinctions

Chisinau, 11 December /MOLDPRES/ - President Igor Dodon, at a today’s official ceremony, awarded state distinctions to a group of Moldova’s citizens, according to earlier signed decrees, the presidential press service has reported.

Thus, the distinctions were offered as a token of appreciation for the special merits before the state, for long and prodigious work in diverse sectors, high professional qualities and intense activity in the social field.

Igor Dodon congratulated the Moldovan citizens on this occasion, noting that he would further back and encourage people who devote themselves to the profession and contribute to the development and flourishing of Moldova through professionalism and dedication.

In the end, the head of state offered those present sincere congratulations on the winter holidays, wishing them a prosperous New Year.
