Moldovan president has phone conversartion with Tiraspol leader

Chisinau, 17 January /MOLDPRES/ - President Igor Dodon today had a phone conversation with Tiraspol leader Vadim Krasnoselsky. The interlocutors agreed to urgently find solutions, in order not to allow a worsening of the situation in terms of the movement of transport and eventual difficulties for the citizens, the presidential press service has reported.

The sides established that the competent institutions should urgently identify solutions to avoid a crisis situation.

In this respect, the Moldovan president stressed that the citizens from both banks of Dniester must not be hit and, as a result of the Chisinau-Tiraspol dialogue, all the difficult subjects and situations would be solved.

In his capacity of Moldova’s president, Igor Dodon gave assurances that he would undertake all measures for people’s right to travel freely to be observed.
