OSCE special representative for Transnistrian settlement process to visit Moldova

Chisinau, 20 January /MOLDPRES/ - OSCE Special Representative for Transnistrian Settlement Process Thomas Mayr-Harting will visit Moldova on 21-23 January.
During the visit, Ambassador Thomas Mayr-Harting will have discussions with high-ranking Moldovan officials and the Tiraspol leadership, OSCE sources have reported.
In his capacity of Special Representative of the Albanian OSCE Chairmanship, Thomas Mayr-Harting will analyze the present state of things in the Transnistrian settlement process and, along with the sides, will identify the priorities for 2020.
In Chisinau, Thomas Mayr-Harting has scheduled meetings with President Igor Dodon, PM Ion Chicu, Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Alexandru Flenchea, Foreign Affairs and European Integration Minister Aureliu Ciocoi, as well as with the leaders of the political parties. Also, the OSCE special representative will meet the resident ambassadors of the mediators and observers in the 5+2 format, as well as with civil society members.
In Tiraspol, the special representative will meet Transnistrian leader Vadim Krasnoselsky and the political representative, Vitaly Ignatyev.
