Moldovan parliament to promote balanced dialogue with neighbours, strategic partners

Chisinau, 22 January /MOLDPRES/ - The parliament of Moldova will promote a balanced dialogue with the neighbours and the strategic partners, will contribute to a good carrying out of the reforms and will support the initiative due to strengthen the society, Parliament Speaker Zinaida Greceanii said today, the parliament’s communication and public relations department has reported.
The speaker reiterated that all commitments taken by Moldova would be observed, no matter the attitude towards certain obligations accepted by the previous governments.
Zinaida Greceanii also referred to the need to support projects on economic development and those aimed at ensuring the increase in salaries, pensions, opportunities for the creation of new jobs, developing the health system and the education one. The parliament speaker stressed that the citizens were now expecting improvement of the living standards, noting that the parliament and government would focus efforts to achieve this goal.
At the same time, referring to the priorities for the next session, the parliament speaker said that she would support the national projects on infrastructure and regional development, meant to provide all Moldovan citizens with roads, sewerage, quality water, waste’s evacuation, illumination and gas.
Under an instruction by the parliament speaker and constitutional provisions, the parliament’s spring session will start on 3 February 2020.
