Moldovan president's initiative on backing native producers to reach parliament in next weeks

Chisinau, 5 February /MOLDPRES/ - The Moldovan president’s initiative on backing the native producers will be presented in parliament in the next weeks. President Igor Dodon made statements to this effect at a programme on the public TV channel.

Igor Dodon said that the state must support the local producers by providing conditions for them to sell their goods in the big commercial networks from Moldova.

According to the president, at present, Moldova imports a lot of products, which it can produce in the country. By this initiative, the head of state suggests that the authorities create additional conditions for the consumption to be provided by native products on the domestic market.

The faction of the Party of Socialists today informed that it would back this initiative of the president.
