Moldovan government approves regulation on work of e-Integrity system

Chisinau, 10 April /MOLDPRES/ - A regulation on the organization and work of the automated information system e-Integrity was approved by the cabinet of ministers today.
According to the government’s decision, this regulation was worked out for implementing the concept of the e-Integrity automated information system (SIA) and regulating of its content, way of organization and work.
Under the Regulation, the documents of SIA e-Integrity are the declaration of assets and personal interests; the certificate of reception of the declaration of assets and personal interests, according to annex; request of rectification or erasing of data on ban to hold a public office; the list of people who have prohibition to hold public offices; the documents within the carrying out of control files (notifications from private persons and legal entities and notifications ex officio, official reports, requests of information, answers to requests, data, information, documents and documents in proof requested, damage inspection reports, summons, references, appeals, declarations of impartiality).
The ensuring of the implementation, work and development of the e-Integrity automated information system is entrusted with the National Integrity Authority and the technical management will be the task of the public institution, Information Technology and Cyber Security Service.
The carrying out of the provisions of this decision will be made at the expense and within the limits of the financial means stipulated in the state budget and other means, under the law.
