Moldovan government holds meeting

Chisinau, 10 April /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Ion Chicu today chaired a cabinet meeting and 20 subjects were on the agenda, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.

Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment Minister Ion Perju unveiled a draft on the technical concept of the information system, Record of Applicants and Beneficiaries of Subsidies. The system will be managed by the Agency for Intervention and Payments in Agriculture (AIPA) and will serve as single official source of information on the way of distribution of the National Fund for Development of Agriculture and Rural Environment. According to the state budget law for 2020, this Fund will amount to 1,000 million lei.

Justice Minister Fadei Nagacevschi unveiled a draft on the organization and work of the e-Integrity automated information system. The system will allow submitting online declarations of assets and personal interests and establishes the way of organizing the information content, ensure the interaction and exchange of data through the governmental inter-operability platform MConnect with other automated information systems, such as the State Register of Population, State Register of Law Units, Register of Real State Assets, State Register of Transports, information system of the State Fiscal Service, integrated information system of the General Inspectorate of Border Police and other automated information systems necessary for the implementation and development of the e-Integrity automated information system.      

The director general of the National Social Insurances House (CNAS), Elena Tibirna, presented for approval a regulation on the organizational structure and limit staff of CNAS. The revision of the House’s organizational structure is conditioned by the taking over of the new processes and duties; implementation of electronic services (e-application) and the need to optimize the institution’s internal processes. The CNAS staff is proposed to have 1,348 units, of which the central apparatus will have 400 units and the territorial houses will have 948 employees.  

Ion Perju presented a draft law on the ratification of a contract on financing between Moldova and the European Investment Bank (EIB) on the implementation of the Solid Waste in Moldova project. The contract is worth 25 million euros and was ratified by Moldova’s parliament and will allow starting the process of accessing financing for developing the infrastructure of waste management. The infrastructure provides for the construction of fields for depositing waste, stations for transfer, sorting, composting of bio-degradable waste, as well other aspects.
