Government decision on executive body of public institutions published in Official Journal of Moldova

Chisinau, 30 April /MOLDPRES/- The government has approved a draft amendment to some laws, which stipulates that the executive body (directors, deputy heads) in public institutions is to be appointed and dismissed by the founder. The decision was published in the Official Journal on 30 April.
At the same time, the decision sees that to facilitate and optimize providing public services, as well as given the importance of the institution, the executive activity of the Public Service Agency will be led by a director, first deputy head and two deputy heads.
Also, amendments have been made to the regulations of the Investment Agency. Under the government decision, the institution will be led by a director-general and two deputy heads.
The statute of the public institution General Department for managing government buildings has been amended, providing that it will be headed by a director and two deputy heads.
Under the decision, the statute of the Public Institutions Moldovan Social Investment Fund and MOLDPRES Agency will also be amended. The executive activity of FISM and MOLDPRES Agency will be led by a director and a deputy head. The public institution Electronic Government Agency will be headed by a director and a deputy head.
