Bearing of masks in closed spaces becomes compulsory in Moldovan capital

Chisinau, 6 May /MOLDPRES/ - The bearing of means of protection of nose and mouth is compulsory in closed spaces (commercial rooms, drug stores, etc.) from the Chisinau city as of 7 May 2020. The managers of pubs, restaurants and coffee houses will not allow citizens to have access to these buildings without bearing masks or other accessories for the protection of respiratory ways.
The Chisinau municipality’s Commission for Emergency Situations (CSE) today took note of the Instruction No 25 of Moldova’s CSE from 5 May, according to which the religious events will take place in open air, with the observance of the social distance of 2 metres and compulsory bearing of protection masks.
Under the decision, the non-observance of the provisions or measures established represents danger for public health and will serve as ground for calling guilty people to account under the civil or criminal laws.
