Chisinau, 8 May /MOLDPRES/- Measures taken by the Chisinau city hall during the state of emergency led to losses amounting to 43 million lei.
Chisinau mayor Ion Ceban said that traffic restrictions on public transport during the state of emergency and gratuities offered during this period, led to a decrease in revenues from public transport.
Recently, at a meeting with President Igor Dodon, Ion Ceban received assurances that the city hall will have all support to solve the existing problems and achieve goals.
At the same time, Dodon stressed the importance of renewing the bus and trolleybus park in the capital to provide quality transport services from the municipality through municipal transport companies for the benefit and comfort of Chisinau residents.
