Moldovans holding Romanian citizenship to be able to register for vaccination in Romania

Chisinau, 9 March /MOLDPRES/ - The Moldovans holding the Romanian citizenship will be able to register on the national platform of vaccination in Romania. The Embassy of Romania has made statements to this effect.
According to the Romania’s Embassy, all Romanian citizens are eligible for registration at the vaccination procedure and will be immunized according to the strategy.
Thus, the Moldovans holding the Romanian identity card will be able to register for vaccination in any county of Romania. People interested will be able to access the platform www.vaccinare-covid.gov.ro/platforma-programare/ , where a use guide is also prepared, which explains what steps should be covered for authentication on the site.
The Bucharest authorities informed that the schedulings for the third stage of vaccination, which includes the general population, might start on the next period.
The vaccination campaign started in Romania on 27 December 2020, while in Chisinau, the immunizations began on 2 March.
