Chisinau's Days to take place in Romanian city of Buzau in next September

Chisinau, 16 June /MOLDPRES/ - The Chisinau authorities have signed an agreement on cooperation with the administration of the Buzau county council from Romania.  

The Moldovan capital’s city hall informed that, during an official visit to Buzau by the Chisinau general mayor, Ion Ceban, a cooperation agreement had been signed between the two administrative and territorial units.   

The agenda of discussions with the Romanian side contained subjects on the support and initiation, based on principles of equality and reciprocity, of friendship and collaboration relations between the residents, as well as promotion of exchanges of good practices and experiences, in order to carry out joint projects on economic and social development for the benefit of communities.  

Thus, during the visit, the sides signed the Cooperation Agreement between the Chisinau Municipality-Botanica District and the Buzau County of Romania.

According to the Chisinau mayor, under the document, mutually advantageous social and economic cooperations will be initiated, with special attention to small- and medium-sized enterprises. ‘’We will encourage investments locally and at the district level, we will organize the reciprocal informing and support for the promotion of the economic development, as well as the facilitation of cultural exchanges, cooperation between artistic bands from the two administrative and territorial units,’’ Ceban stressed.    

The mayor informed that he had established, along with Buzau municipal authorities, the holding of Chisinau’s Days in Buzau in next September.
