Chisinau, 28 March /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Pavel Filip, in the beginning of a today’s cabinet meeting, said that the cadastral procedures for companies and citizens would be simplified, the government’s communication and protocol has reported.
Thus, citizens applying for cadastral services will no longer have to present civil status acts on the change of name and neither the certificate of marriage or divorce, if the information is included in the state register of the population.
At the same time, companies will no longer have to present the extract from the state register of legal entities and private entrepreneurs and neither the decision on registration of the state registrar.
The PM stressed that this fact had become possible with the creation of the Public Services Agency, which included more institutions, such as the Cadastre, Registru, Civil Status Service, State Registration Chamber, and Licencing Chamber. Thus, at present, the Public Services Agency holds all needed registers for the de-bureaucratization of the procedures.
“I am sure that, during time, we will come up also with other improvements. I am expecting the proposal for us to no longer need extracts from the Cadastre, Registrar’s Office and so on in general, as this information is found in registers and, eventually, to reach the moment when the citizen will have to identify him/herself only with the identify card,” Pavel Filip said.
