Moldovan official journal roundup for 6 April

Chisinau, 5 April /MOLDPRES/- Law on ratification of the amendment no.1 and amendment no.2 to the financing contract between Moldova and European Investment Bank on the implementation of the road rehabilitation project in Moldova will be published in the Official Journal of Moldova on 6 April.

Following the amendments to the financing contract between Moldova and European Investment Bank, the deadline for financing the road restoration works was extended until 31 December 2018.

The financing contract provides for 75,000,000 euros to finance the rehabilitation works, supervision consultancy services and project implementation over the period of the works.

Following the publication of this law, the government will take the necessary steps to implement the amendments and the Finance Ministry will notify the European Investment Bank of the extension of the deadline.
